In total, the lawyering cases amounted to nearly 20 percent of the Court's decision docket. Troutman, 2 Partners Hit With Second Investor Suit

Allen Bodner accuses the defendants of legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty as part of a scheme to divest Bodner of an interest in a lucrative health care and real estate venture. Chicago Approves Tough New Handgun Restrictions in Wake of Supreme Court Ruling
Sunday, July 4th, 2010Source: Law.com - Newswire The Chicago City Council on Friday approved what city officials call the strictest handgun ordinance in the nation, but not before lashing out at the U.S. Supreme Court ruling they contend makes the city more dangerous. The new ordinance bans gun shops in Chicago and prohibits gun owners from stepping outside their homes, even onto their porches or in their garages, with a handgun.
