On Thursday, Seventh Circuit judge Richard Posner slammed an earlier Seventh Circuit opinion, penned by Chief Judge Richard Easterbrook, ordering a lower court judge to reconsider his decision to keep the names of the jurors in the Rod Blagojevich case confidential.
