Troutman, 2 Partners Hit With Second Investor Suit

A second disgruntled investor has filed a civil suit against Troutman Sanders, real estate partner Leonard Grunstein and corporate partner Lawrence Levinson — all of whom were also named as defendants in a civil suit filed last month by a New York real estate investor. Allen Bodner accuses the defendants of legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty as part of a scheme to divest Bodner of an interest in a lucrative health care and real estate venture. Bodner is seeking at least $450 million in damages.
